Utterly superb staff. Sparkling clean, exquisite food … the usual medina maze of crazy tiny windy streets to find this treasure. Gorgeous Riad

Everything was really amazing! Staff were very helpful, from the moment we entered to Riad until the end. Riad does not have its parking lot but when we contacted to reception they sent us the location of a private parking lot and meet us there. I recommend you to get a Moroccan number from the airport because we couldn't reach the hotel with our own phone operator although it is open for international calls. Rooms are clean and nice, but I recommend you to bring some thick clothes if you will visit in winter since rooms are a little cold. I would especially thank Osama who showed us places to visit in Marrakesh, arranged transfer to city and even helped with my SIM card issue even though he didn't have to at all. Also when we were scared to walk on streets in the night, staff walked with us to make us feel secure which was really so kind of them. If we visit Marrakesh again, we would definitely choose L'oriental Medina Riad!
The staff was very kind and available in every moment we stayed at the Riad. They felt us like home!I highly recommend staying overnight in this riad as it is quiet and close to the square and the main attractions!
Our oasis, home away from home, in Marrakech was the Oriental Medina Riad and Spa. A beautiful, comfortable, perfectly located place to conclude my trip to Morocco. The new manager spent time with our small group and made us feel totally welcome as he helped us to navigate the area and pointed out sites to visit. The staff were all helpful at all hours from Younes at the front desk always available to help, to Redouane and Ayoub who made sure we were taken care of all needs met and meals were just what we wanted. The chefs Hanan and Saida were able to please every palate and Aziza made sure our rooms were cleaned and had everything we could want and need. It was the perfect end to a wonderful first trip to Morocco. From the pool on the first floor to the rooftop dining, lounging area every detail spoke of welcoming comfort. My room was joyful with decor that is comfortable and exotic and a pleasure to spend time relaxing in. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay such a pleasure.
Great hotel and exceptional service. Our stay was amazing and I would rate this place better than a 5 star hotel. The staff was so friendly, courteous, and helpful. Thank you so much Redouane, Yokabb, and the rest of the staff for making us feel like a family and treating us so well. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The Riad is beautiful….the artwork in the rooms are exquisite…. But even better, were the people. We were so impressed by the kindness, impeccable service, fun-loving spirit and professionalism of the staff. The food was delicious and so beautifully presented. Out of 3 days, we ate 2 dinners at the Riad and of course the breakfasts were wonderful.I want to give a shout-out to the staff- Ayoub-Redouan- Aziza-Saida, the chef and- Hanan the chef
One of the most elegant Riads we have ever stayed, in Morocco. Elegantly decorated in beautiful Moroccan style. Breakfast was plentiful and different every day, but you can count on Moroccan pancakes and bread, salad, fruit, cake, fresh orange juice and coffee or tea. Yummy! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly while never intrusive - this makes you feel very comfortable while using the beautifully decorated courtyard to read or even for a refreshing dip at the pool. The gentle traditional music can be heard from 9.00am to 10.00pm and this works as a soothing lullaby that is such a contrast from the business and sensory overload of the city. Just next door to the Photography Museum (highly recommended), the main plaza is just a 15min enjoyable and easy walk, during which you can admire local arts and crafts. Absolutely safe to walk, even in the evening. Overall, we absolutely loved it, even our 10 year old daughter!

The best riad we stayed at, although not the must luxurious place we stayed , it was our favourite purely from the service we received from the staff- they are absolutely wonderful and a credit to the hotel! We can not thanks Younes enough, from walking us to the riad from the taxi drop off, to arranging excursions, making recommendation’s and just making us feel so welcome and secure! He truely ended up becoming more like a friend. Recommend getting the riad to arrange your airport transfer So they meet you and walk you to the Riad. Go for dinner at Dar L’hssira just around the corner was the best meal we had in all Morocco!

Fabulous stay in this beautiful Riad. So peaceful, clean and with lovely friendly staff. Adie, Younes and Mouad were exceptional. Respectful, polite and genuinely ensured we were well cared for during our stay. We really appreciated them making sure we were safe in the evenings by arranging our taxis and then walking us to and from the Riad to them. The Riad is so close to the main Jemma el Fna square and the Souks. Perfect place hidden away in the Medina. If you have time definitely visit Al Fassia restaurant which is a short taxi ride from the Riad, and the World Storytelling Vegan Cafe just round the corner from the Riad. Perfect place to stay in Marrakesh and definitely would recommend
We spent 3 nights at the riad and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were absolutely fantastic. So helpful and kind. Particular thanks to Adil, Younes and Mouad who looked after us.Breakfast each morning served fruit, breads, cakes and jam. The mint tea was particularly good.My friend and I had a hammam which was so refreshing. Our room was very small so if there’s an option to upgrade to a larger one I would definitely recommend this. Location wise it’s perfect to access the souks and most major attractions.I would certainly stay here again!

Had a lovely stay at this Riad with my wife. Beautiful setting and hidden away from the main street so really nice and quiet, too.The staff (especially Younes) dealt really well with a few small issues that occurred during our stay and went out of their way to support me and my pregnant wife. Would really recommend this Riad as a place to stay in Marrakech.
We had an unforgettable time in Marrakech! The staff is very friendly and more than helpful. The breakfast was a bit different every day, but always very tasty and in traditional Marrocan style. The rooms were clean and beautiful! The staff always gave us important tips and saved us from scams by the locals. One of the best tips we got was that in the souks, prices are usually set at five or even ten times the price. So we had good and fun negotiations and both sides were happy! We didn’t know what trips we should book, so we booked everything at the hotel and it was lovely! We would book this Riat again every time!A big thank you to all the staff! You made our trip unforgettable! It was a wonderful experience staying at your riat and the service was exceptional! We wish you only the best! Thank you so much!
We were amazed when we walked in at the beauty of this riad! The hosts were welcoming and we loved the mint tea at our arrival. Everything seemed very clean and it is in a great location to see sights near by. You won’t go wrong if you stay here!

The details here are so thought out! Everywhere you look you see a little touch of something special. We enjoyed our stay immensely and felt so rested after just one night. This place is close to a lot of shops, Le Jardin Secret, and the souks, but you don’t hear any noise from the rooms. The inner courtyard is breathtaking, and we felt an l around peaceful atmosphere. Jeber is very helpful and welcoming, and even took photos of us from the terrace! He answered all of our questions and drew a map of where to visit and the best routes to take. We definitely recommend this Riad for your next trip to Morocco!
France
Nice little Riad with only 10 rooms. Instagramable decor. Attentive and welcoming staff including the manager, front desk men and cleaning/cooking ladies. Good breakfasts that vary every morning. Safe haven from the Medina.Tips:1. Bring earplugs and eye masks. We can hear all the noises in the Medina and in the Riad; the curtains aren’t blackout. 2. Slightly difficult to find due to the location so good to book airport transfer in advance, especially for evening arrivals. 3. Two excellent restaurants just about 50 meters away. Dar Tazi - mid range and traditionally Moroccan. Le Foundouk - up market French/Moroccan fusion with a great terrace.4. If you shop at the corner shop down the road, make sure to count the change. 5. Be very careful of the usual tricks and scams in the neighbourhood, Medina and Marrakesh. Don’t be led to any tanneries/markets/festivals etc., and watch your back in the area. Riad staff were very helpful to provide advice, navigation, tips and private transport for safety.
An oasis of calm and tranquility in the bustling heart of the Medina in Marrakesh. Zacharia, Jabel and all the friendly staff go above and beyond to provide the best experience for your stay. Ideally located for shopping in the souks and visiting tourist sites around Marrakesh. The only reason for 4 stars is because space is a premium in the Medina and this is reflected in the size of the rooms but truly enjoyed the experience.
A very reasonably priced hotel. The hotel has the best staff who accommodated our needs (mostly needing water or directions). Breakfast was great every day and our dinner on our last night was superb on the roof (great price also). The location of the Riad isn't ideal as it's fairly hard to find and not in the best area, especially at night (we didn't have any real problems so no real reason to complain). The only real complaint was on Expedia there was a 3-bed option which I selected but we ended up with 1 double bed and 1 single (hardly the end of the world). Great Riad.
Best place for staying in the medina, not far from the centre. Really nice and familiar atmosphere, helping always if there is a problem. Breakfast is really good an the rooms are small but beaty and comfortable.
The stay was lovely, the staff was incredibly helpful and were able to organize anything. The gave us great advice as well. The place was even better than in the photos (also loved taking pictures here with my camera)! We had a Hammam and massage, which was an amazing experience. The location is great too, close to everything you’d need to visit within the Medina! Barely had to take a cab to anything. The place was very clean, the breakfast every morning was the best. I genuinely don’t have any point that I could imagine to be better.
London
Amazing riad - beautifully and tastefully decorated, with a lovely pool area, Breakfast is really nice, with Moroccan crepes, toast, fresh fruit, and tea and coffee. Rooms have aircon and are really nicely decorated. The riad is located close to La Maison de la Photographie, which has a fantastic rooftop terrace and serves really nice and decently priced meals. It is also 2 minutes away from Le Trou au Mur and Le Foundouk, 2 very nice restaurants. Loved being in the medina, perfect for exploring the souks. Staff all delightful and speak very good English and French. Keen to help assist during your stay - cound't say a bad word against this place!
Best place everrrrrr !! ️ Mohamed and his team made us so happy. The service was excellent.️The massage was super super nice ️Definitely we will come back soon. P: Mirrors in the rooms would be good idea x ...
